Terms of Payment
International customers can pay with PayPal through the PayPal alternative. For Swedish customers, in cooperation with Billmate AB, we offer payment with Billmate Checkout. Billmate Checkout brings together all the most important payment methods in one solution – choose between bank payment and card payment, invoice, partial payment or Swish (payment options may vary over time). You decide for yourself what payment method you want to use at the checkout.
When paying by card, this is administered by either Billmate AB under the Billmate brand or by PayPal. This means that you shop safely and easily.
We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard. The payee is certified for PCI DSS Level 1 and the solution is also licensed for 3D-Secure (MasterCard SecureCod and Verified by Visa). When you pay, you are taken to an encrypted page where the payment is made. No card number processing is done at Braingineers.
The payment is made quickly and easily via your bank and the payment is made directly. Billmate has connections for Internet payments through most banks in the Nordic region.
Through Billmate AB we can offer you the opportunity to pay your purchase with Billmate part payment. You choose if you want to make a partial payment of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Of course, you can also pay the full amount or a larger part of it within the contract period at no extra cost. In order to be able to choose a part payment, you must be over 18 years of age, be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check made in connection with the purchase. The invoices are sent by mail.
In case of late payment, a statutory reminder / delay fee and delay interest of 2% per month will be added. In case of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection. To be able to order against an invoice, the customer must be a registered Swedish company or a person over the age of 18, be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. The credit check can in some cases mean that a credit report is taken. In such cases, you will be notified by email. Credit information is handled through CreditSafe and is not a burden when applying for credit with credit institutions.
Billmate AB has the right to carry out random checks to ensure that the invoice is correct.
When you pay with Billmate invoice, this is transferred to Billmate AB, which means that you shop safely and easily. You do not have to enter your card details and only pay after you receive your goods. The invoice is sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase.
By purchasing with Billmate Invoice you are offered the following:
- You always get the item delivered to you before you pay
- At least 14 days payment time
- You never have to disclose sensitive card details
- Always at least 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the distance and home sales law (the right of withdrawal refers only to purchases for you as a private person)
Terms of Payment Invoice
The invoice payment time is at least 14 days from the order being shipped from the store. If you make a return, you have the option of moving the due date up to ten days on invoices that have not expired. It is you who is a lender who is responsible for the payment being received within the specified timeframe according to the terms and conditions that you approved when choosing payment option “Invoice”. When making purchases, you also accept payment responsibility.

Billmate AB has the right to carry out random checks to ensure invoice accuracy and authenticity. This happens e.g. through telephone calls, identification checks, and verification via electronic identification, such as Mobile Bank ID.
Fees And Interest

It is important that you contact Braingineers with your complaint and move forward the due date on your invoice by contacting Billmate’s customer service. You can move the due date up to ten days on invoices that have not expired.
Remember that there may still be postage, return and invoice fees that you have to pay even if you cancel your purchase according to Braingineer’s terms of purchase.
Billmate has the right to transfer, lend or pledge the claim against the customer to another. Customer (you) does not, without Billmate’s written consent, have the right to transfer its obligations or rights under the agreement to another party.
